Cancellation Policy
Two-Hour Business Consultation Policy This private consultation provides focused guidance, strategic insight, and practical next steps to help you move your business forward with clarity and intention. Payment & Booking Full payment is required to reserve your appointment. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and your appointment confirmation has been issued. Session Preparation Please complete any requested questionnaire and submit relevant materials at least 48 hours before your appointment. Come prepared with your business goals, questions, and current challenges so we can make the most of our time together. What Your Session Includes Your consultation includes two hours of personalized discussion and strategic guidance based on your business needs. This is an advisory service. Implementation, ongoing coaching, document creation, and additional support are not included unless expressly listed in your service package. Rescheduling & Cancellations Consultation payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law. You may reschedule your appointment once by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments will forfeit the session and require a new booking. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and ready to begin. Arriving late does not extend your appointment; your session will end at its originally scheduled time. Technology Requirements For virtual sessions, please ensure you have a reliable internet connection, working audio and video, and a quiet space. Client-side technical difficulties do not automatically extend the session. If technical issues on my end prevent us from completing your consultation, we will arrange time to complete it. Confidentiality & Recording Business information shared during your consultation will be treated as confidential, except when disclosure is required by law. Neither party may record the session without the other party’s prior consent. Results & Responsibility Guidance is tailored to the information you provide. Specific revenue, growth, or business outcomes are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your business decisions and implementation.
