Please allow 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, to process your order. In cases of high volume order seasons, processing may take longer. Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping is an additional 3-5 business days once your order is processed.
If your order is not received within 10-14 business days, please check the tracking number first and then with your local USPS if you have a tracking number. Otherwise, send a message to contact@jonettaprendergast.com for an update on your order. Expect a response within 24-48 hours.
For someone if your order is returned you will have to be an additional fee to have it reshipped. Please make sure your shipping information is correct.
