Each class session will be held virtually via Zoom. If you are unable to attend a live session, replays will be made available. You will have access to the recordings of each session for 90 days after the program concludes.
    3.    Confidentiality
To create a safe and supportive environment, all discussions and shared materials within the program are to remain confidential. Sharing recordings or content outside of this program is strictly prohibited.
    4.    Technology Requirements
Participation requires a reliable internet connection, a device capable of accessing Zoom, and the ability to view PDF materials.
